Postal operators require detailed information on the quality of service they provide to their customers. This information is needed to closely follow-up on their network performance as well as to detect areas for improvement. For reasons of integrity and efficiency they rely on independent agencies such as QENSIO to perform these surveys on their behalf.
For the realization of these surveys we recruit a worldwide panel from reliable test customers (which you would be part of), who receive test mail and report it accurately to us.
Each participant receive bonus points in exchange for their service, which can be redeemed for products such as books, CDs, DVDs, consumer electronics (e.g. MP3 players) and toys among other things. By participating in the survey you are also actively contributing to the improvement of the postal service since the results of the survey will provide the postal operators with important information they use to work on their processes.
Naturally, we guarantee that we will use your data only for the purpose to communicate with you. Your personal information will never be forwarded to anyone outside QENSIO. If you like to stop your participation all your personal data will be erased. QENSIO follows the ESOMAR* codes and guidelines for marketing research. The external use of your data is completely prohibited by this code.

The greatest part of the development of our surveys base itself on the data our test customers provide to us. Wrongly reported test-letters would distort the results and endanger the validity of the surveys. In extreme cases it could be, that the results are so distorted, that the actual aim of the survey cannot be achieved. For this reason we attribute a great importance to the reliability from our participants.
